GoPayDutch is fundamentally an expense tracking tool designed to help you manage shared costs and track who owes whom. GoPayDutch is not a bank, financial institution, payment processor, or legal entity. We do not hold, transfer, or process actual money between users.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, validity, and management of any debts, expenses, or transactions they record within the application. Furthermore, when utilizing features such as OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for receipt scanning, it is the user's direct responsibility to review and correct any inaccurate data parsed by the system before saving.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a reliable service, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access. GoPayDutch strictly disclaims all liability for any data loss, system outages, service interruptions, or any financial discrepancies arising from the use of the platform. In no event shall GoPayDutch be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on GoPayDutch's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
