You can cancel your GoPayDutch Pro subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Web Subscriptions: You can cancel via your Account Settings on our website.
- Mobile Subscriptions (iOS/Android): Cancellations must be managed directly through your respective app store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Web Billing Purchases
Since GoPayDutch Pro provides immediate access to digital features and content, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has started for payments made directly on our website, except where required by law.
2.2 Application Purchases (Apple & Google)
If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, GoPayDutch cannot process your refund directly. Your purchase is subject to the respective store's refund policy, and all refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google.
2.3 Digital Content Notice & EU/UK Rights
By purchasing GoPayDutch Pro, you agree to immediate access to our digital services. In certain regions (such as the EU/UK), you may have a legal right to a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not started using the Pro features. If you purchased via Web Billing and believe you qualify, please contact us.
